Emo Hair!?!?!?!?!?!?

Although i hate to admit this, when i see some "Emo's" walking around, i notice for the most part that their hair is normally pretty soft, and i admire that. They obviously use some conditioner or hair product to style their hair. Although im not particular fond of the way they style it im curious about where to get the product that they use to keep it relatively shiny.

Anybody have a clue or suggestions regarding this hair solution? thx

Emo Hair!?!?!?!?!?!?

conditioner mainly, loreal (and most beauty companies) sell shine serums of some sort or another, sometimes a light wax (that would be hair wax, not the stuff girls use on there legs) can be used to add shine and help it stay in place, shampoos with hydration, moisturizers, rejuvenation anything like that can help shine, some hair sprays add shine 2, pantene has this stuff called ice shine (really shiny) idn how it would work on shorter hair but on longer hair its REALLY shiny, as for hot topic I'm pretty sure they dont sell shampoo/conditioner, they have some dyes, but they are really a clothing/accessory store that sells band T's and skinny jeans. most of these products you can get at a shoppers drug mart (i live in the hair isle of that store) or a zellers/wal-mart type thing. the softness can also come partially from the blow dryer (my best friend) normally emo boys and girl have to straighten their hair, i use a blow dryer and some straightening cream. the cream helps keep the volume down some it looks sleek and soft, i wouldn't recommend the blow dryer if u have curly hair and aren't willing to straighten it though that can just create alot of volume, i probably wrote WAY more than u needed or wanted to know (sorry tend to go off on a tangint occasionally) but i hope u now thoroughly understand the basics of the soft/shininess of emo hair!

Emo Hair!?!?!?!?!?!?

I hate to be ignorant, but what's an Emo?

Emo Hair!?!?!?!?!?!?

to get soft shiny hair, use a good conditoner and shine spray.

when your hair is dry, hold the shine spray away from your head a good distance. and then just brush it through.

Emo Hair!?!?!?!?!?!?

wow...

Theres hair dye at hot topic, but no shampoo that i know of.

Emo Hair!?!?!?!?!?!?

conditioner?

Emo Hair!?!?!?!?!?!?

I doubt they get any conditioners at Hot Topic, the hair dyes there are good on the hair if you don't bleach first... but I know these Emo kids in the town I live in- I had to ask where this girl gets her hair done by the Emo boy that was standing next to her of course!! Errr so I ask how her both of them had such shiny hair when they both had obvious high/low lights %26amp; guess what they use- Redken has a moisture line it is sold only in salons though. There is a whole line of products %26amp; I noticed a difference the FIRST time I used the conditioner %26amp; spray on shine releaser. The guy said he skips shampooing %26amp; only conditons his hair. I've also known a guy that actually used BABY OIL in his hair %26amp; I tried it because he had the best looking hair EVEr, but I looked like a greesy mess for about 2 weeks. But if yu have dry hair you can try a small amount of baby oil, just be careful %26amp; try the Redkin stuff you'll be happy with it I promise :)

Emo Hair!?!?!?!?!?!?
