I cant get my hair dyed or cut, i have blonde slightly layerd hair with no fringe! HELP! %26gt;:l I want EMO HAIR!!!!!

but anyways, if you have shorter layyers im guessing you could tease themm for volume.. But no matter what , it still wont be that typical "emo" trend.
