what salon would definitely know how to do emo/scene hair? and what should i tell the hair stylist? im bringing a pic of course, but any other details i should tell her?

Wanting to look like an emo is a bad idea. You can't tell the difference between a boy or girl.

well there is no particular salon that does scene/emo hair but ask for an edgy hairstylist like me. I know what scene is and the others don't. I am like the only one who does emo haircuts at my salon cause I am. So just ask for a more edgy hairstylist.

there isn't a certain salon that cuts emo styles. if you find a good stylist he/she can cut anything you want. Its just a haircut there is no special school to learn how to cut emo hair.
take a picture and tell her/him how you want it to look when its finished.

Call ahead and ask the receptionist for an appointment with a stylist who has alot of experience with the more trendy, newer styles. Bring more than one picture if you can, and if you want something that's not shown in the picture, be sure to bring that up. A good stylist will ask you all kinds of questions about your hair and your beauty routines before he/she gets started. Answer honestly. Make sure she shows you how to style it, and what products you need to use. That's important.
