ok so im into the emo/punk hair, but i have thick hair! so i would look like a poofball lol, and i cant really use hairspray cause my sister is allergic to all that stuff, so has anyone know any long emo hairstyles that i will be able to control

you can get it thinned out by a barber... but seriously i disagree with it being a good look, girls with it just look too much like boys and vice versa, which is a paradox in itself

I have very thick hair, too. You can have the stylist thin out your hair. It doesn't take much to thin it out. They have thinning shears they can use. If you do that, you can have pretty much any style you want with little poof/frizz.

it doesn't matter if you have thick hair... the layers are so short they thin out your hair (making it better to have thick hair so it doesn't look stringy) and try a moose and a straightener (since you can't use hairspray...u will need something for hold) the shortest layers in my hair were about finger length... (about 3 or 4 inches)

You arent looking for an emo hairstyle, what you want is called scene :) just look up "scene hair" on photobucket and tons of stuff will come up. You go to the salon and ask for short layers and then you tease it. Just take a picture with you!

yeah you are looking for scene hair,

just get it really choppy at the top and use a straightener

that way it wont be as frizzy, use anti frizz products.

you could also try finding a low allegen hairspray.

i'd suggest to get your hair thinned (using thinning scissors)

get layers (choppy maybe) and side swept bangs.

dark color, depending on your skin color.

sometimes, black looks harsh on light skinned girls.

if your looking for scene hair then...eh.
