you get the hair cut, and then you use styling mouse while it's wet and blow dry it into that shape with the bangs to the side.

Don't put your hair like that....it's like hair metal from the 80's or Grunge from the 90's...one day you'll look back and wonder what the hell was going on.

and you need straight hair 1st off, if you don't have straight hair then you'd have to straighten it everyday which can be a hassel. Anyway if you DO have straight hair get it cut like this and it should do it on it's own.

Please do yourself a favor, and do not get this hair cut. If you want to have a sweet hair cut, get a bowl-cut, that is a centimeter or two above the ears. Way cool. And if you want to go all out, you should leave a rat tail like me.
